This course is all about space

Here we go digging for who you are beneath the conditioning, expectations and fears keeping you hidden.

This course provides you with the space to first get clear on who you are and how you want to show up. Then, using a series of NLP tools and exercises, we install the habits, beliefs and behaviours required to get you there.

This course provides you with the space to feel both free and held.

It carves out the time and structure to look inwards and spend some quality time with yourself. It works at the level of the subconscious, and brings to light the beliefs and programs currently running your life. You discover the filters currently dictating your experience of yourself and the world. Those no longer serving you – we change. Those more aligned with YOU – we install.

Instead of relying on conscious thoughts, willpower and motivation (which never sticks), we work one level deeper - at the level controlling 95% of our life. In the same way your subconscious ensures you breathe and move without thought, this will ensure that you can exist and live as YOU by default.

You showing up as the most authentic and aligned version of you becomes automatic.

Hi friends, I'm Lauren

This work is personal, as my first client was ME.

For most of my life, I abandoned who I was to fit in. I shrunk myself, dimmed my light, silenced my truth, and chased external validation.

I have always had a voice, a dream, a perspective, but I suppressed it in fear that it would make other people uncomfortable. And then one day, I stopped. I was done feeling like a stranger inside my own body, and I vowed to do whatever it would take, to get back to ME. I became clear on exactly who I wanted to be, the way I wanted to exist, live and show up. And now I do. I SHOW UP.

I’ve spent the last 5 years living from the Inside - Out:

  • Partnering with the Mayor of Bristol to hold an identity conference for mixed race students across the UK.
  • Spending a summer studying Global Leadership at Yale School of Management.
  • Trading in a stable, successful job as a Brand Strategist to travel.
  • Moving across the world with nothing but 3 suitcases because – why not?
  • Building, branding and launching my first business (after only 6 months in a new country).
  • Retraining in NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Life and Success Coaching.

I started living a life designed, defined and dictated by me – and it feels so good.

This journey may have been 5 years in the making, but there were a few defining moments that changed the course of my life forever.

These life-changing learnings make up the framework of Inside – Out.



The Toolkit

Alongside 8 private coaching sessions with me, I also provide you with introductory material on a host of modalities, ideas, insights and activities that will propel the way you show up in the world. These 8 weeks have the power to change the game, but the work doesn’t stop there. Deciding how you show up is a lifelong adventure – these insights are tools for the journey.


Introduction to NLP and the Subconscious Mind

Learn, and experience how the subconscious mind can be trained to work FOR you.

Your subconscious mind is the data bank for everything you have experienced in your life. It stores your beliefs, your experiences, your memories, your dreams your skills, and it ensures everything you say, do and feel fits a pattern consistent with your self-concept.

But what if that ‘self-concept’ is no longer serving you?

NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming (also known as the user’s manual for the mind) provides you with the tools to easily and effortlessly reprogram the subconscious mind. In 20 minute sessions you can permanently eliminate negative beliefs, build self-confidence and self-love, re-wire old programs no longer working for you and imbed habits, beliefs and behaviours that ensure the person and life you dream of, comes naturally. When you have the subconscious mind on your side, change really does happen overnight.  


The Way Society Shapes Us

Society has taught you to override your instincts. We stop that today.

As a child you just existed. You spoke without editing, dreamt without filtering, moved without choreographing. You knew what you liked, how you felt, what you wanted and what you needed.   You intuitively knew who you were. And that’s who the world saw. Then, between the ages of 7-10, that stopped.

You started picking up on cues that your instincts were wrong. Society taught you that there was a ‘right’ way to be and anything other than that was wrong. Over time, you have been taught to override your instincts, and heavily rely on their opinions. Taught to question your ideas, desires, ambitions and existence. Taught to trust everything other than yourself. In this module, we get real clear on all the ways society may have shaped and structured who you are and how you feel – and then we unlearn that shit.


The Power of Goal Setting, Manifesting and Visualizations

Understanding the WHY and HOW behind these big-ass, beautiful words.

You see them, you say them, you use them – but you’re still not 100% sure you FULLY get how and why they work. You also can’t use them consistently; they come and go, but never stick. During this week, you learn the science behind the magic and get clear on how you can consistently, and successfully use goal-setting, manifesting and visualizations to step into the life meant for you. Love, connections, money, opportunities...once you’ve mastered these life-altering, proven techniques, whatever you desire, is already on its way to you.


The Power of Projections

Never judge, or feel judged in the same way again.

As kids we were taught to look to others to validate our actions, both good and bad. We learnt that angry parents and carers meant we’d done something wrong. Good grades and praise meant we’d done something right. Without realizing it, this reliance on others to validate our actions and existence has continued into adulthood. You look to others to guide and approve your actions, meaning that inadvertently, you're giving away your power. The fear of what ‘they’ might think often keeps you playing small. And you judge yourself, through what 'others' might see. In this module we flip that concept on its head, and deep dive into projections, and the real judgements (spoiler: held by you) holding you back.


Identity in Theory

A mini masterclass in all things identity.

How it is formed, how it shapes and has been shaped, and how important it is to have a sense of ownership over your own identity.

This week we look at the philosophy underpinning identity and start to examine, from an academic perspective, what constitutes as the true self. This course is all about holding space for all of it - duality is welcome here, and this module brings a little philosophical debate to accompany the soul work.


The Upper Limit Problem

You have a self-imposed ceiling on your happiness. *hands you the hammer*

Have you accepted that you can’t feel good all the time? That, as things start to go well for you, you know something bad must be on its way. Are you comfortable with the notion of things being ‘too good to be true’? As humans, we do that to ourselves. As children, we developed an internal ‘happiness’ thermostat that regulates the amount of ‘good’ in our life that we are comfortable with. Its why you get a promotion, then fall out with your friends at the celebratory drinks. You start dating someone new, then your business takes a hit. You start a fitness regime, and one week in, you twist your ankle. We (our subconscious) does this to ensure we don’t exceed our thermostat. Welcome to your upper limit problem. In this module, we start smashing through that ceiling and dismantling that thermostat.


What does the program include?

Alongside 8 weekly 60 minute coaching sessions with me, you are also provided with 8 mid-week audio check-ins, weekly activities and exercises, journal prompts and access to the supporting Toolkit, which contains video and written material on a host of modalities and practices that will propel the way you show up in the world. There may also be some additional surprises along the way. 

Is this done remotely or in person?

This course is conducted entirely remotely, so all you need is access to good internet and an electronic device. It also means (after some playing around with timezones) we can work together regardless of where you are based. The world is our oyster.

How do I access the Toolkit?

When you sign up, you will be provided with access to a shared Google drive, which is where The Toolkit will live. This folder will be updated weekly with the relevant materials, exercises and journal prompts.

How long will this be running for?

The combination of private coaching along with the Toolkit will only be running for the duration of 2020. Spots are limited.

Is this investment refundable?

This investment in yourself is non-refundable. Trust yourself. Amazing things are ahead.
